Return Policy

RETURN GUIDELINES
When you receive your items there will be a return form in the parcel, please fill in this form in order to return an item and enclose it with the return item.

We are happy to refund any item that you are not happy with if you return it to us within 14 days of the item being delivered to you.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed, this also includes the smell of smoke.

All items must have the original tags on it, if the tag that states “if this tag is removed there will be no return” is removed then there will be no return.
If items are found to have tan marks or dirt when we receive them they will be returned back to the sender at the customers expense.

You are liable for the package until it has been delivered to us so we recommend that you use tracked postage.

OHCO will not be responsible for the cost of returns unless the item is faulty.
There will be no exchange on items, if you are looking for another size etc... please re order your item in the size you are looking for and we will refund you your original order once received.

PROCESS OF A RETURN

You can return items by Post within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Ensure you have enclosed the return form that has your order number on it .
Please return items in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
OHCO will issue a full refund excluding the delivery charge on the receipt.

REFUNDS
Your refund may take up to  3-5 working days once we receive your item. 
The refund can only be made by the same method on which you originally paid for the item. 

Please note it may take additional time depending on your banking provider. If you have not received your refund within this period please contact us.

OHCO will offer free delivery for orders in the Republic of Ireland
Worldwide Shipping is Available at a cost of 10 Euro
